I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although comfortable and spacious, had no view and overlooked the swimming pool ductwork. The service was generally excellent, except for a slight issue with our housekeeper. The location was fantastic, close to various attractions, but the surprise parking fee was disappointing. The dining options were average, with some menu changes appreciated.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, trendy, and very nice, though the view overlooking the rear of the hotel was a bit disappointing. The service was very helpful with all of our questions and friendly, but slightly slow when retrieving the car daily. The location was directly in the Main Street area, with convenient access to Deadwood, Lead, and Spearfish Canyon. The dining experience offered a variety of hot and cold items, but some items were not up to par. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
